Arizona Citizens Beware
On July 30, 1977, David L Bueker, murdered Susan Marie Green. Susan was house-sitting for a ASU Tempe College professor. Bueker entered the house under the pretense of returning a radio; when Susan asked Bueker to leave, he refused. As she turned to call the police, Bueker picked up a rock from the professor’s collection and hit Susan numerous times on the head. Although she fell to the floor bleeding, Susan was able to go to the kitchen and grab a fork in an attempt to defend herself. Bueker took the fork away and stabbed her several times. Susan attempted to crawl to the front door but Bueker dragged her into the living room, sat on her chest and manually strangled her to death. Bueker was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 60 years in prison. He was released from prison on August 12, 2003, after serving just 25 years of that sentence.

Arkansas Citizens Beware
On March 21, 1992, Vernon Dedmon shot Tresia Jester through her BMW’s driver’s side window with a shotgun at point-blank range while she was using a pay phone at a gas station parking lot. Dedmon was sentenced to a forty year prison term but he was released from prison in July 2005, in Little Rock, Arkansas after serving 12 years.
Vernon Dedmon is a black male and 34 years old.

California Citizens Beware
A 24-year-old man convicted of murder 10 years ago in Vallejo is being released to Marin County on June 10, 2004.
Justin Broadfoot, a Vallejo native, was paroled last week from a California Youth Authority facility in Stockton. He plans to live with relatives in Marin City, authorities said. Broadfoot, who police said is also a convicted sex offender from a different case, is required to register with the Marin County Sheriff’s Office upon his arrival in the county.
Broadfoot was convicted of fatally shooting a 17-year-old Benicia boy on May 17, 1994. The victim, Ryan Demerin, was shot three times in a residential area of Vallejo. A week before the shooting, the gun identified as the murder weapon had been reported stolen from the home of Broadfoots next-door neighbor.
During the trial, Broadfoots public defender said the shooting occurred because Broadfoot thought Demerin had a knife and his life was in danger. The defense attorney also cited Broadfoots learning disabilities, emotional distress and psychological disorders. Two Vallejo residents awakened by the sound of the shooting testified that they heard one shot then cries for mercy and then two more shots.

Colorado citizens beware of murderer Rolf Huseboe, released November 5, 1999 from Texas Prison, who is trying to use the Interstate compact to move to and reside in your state.
On July 16, 1986, Rolf Huseboe brutally beat and murdered 22 year old Shelley Webster with a tire iron on Padre Island, Texas. He walked free for almost six years, case unsolved. When found and convicted in 1993 by a jury trial, he was given ten years’ probation! Less than six months after being given probation, he sexually assaulted another girl along with other probation violations. He was then sent to prison to serve out his ten years, which amounted to less than four years of prison time and he was out again. After being out three months, he was sent back to Texas prison for parole violations once again. His psychological evaluations done in 1993, found Huseboe a high risk and a danger to the public. The Interstate Compact refused Huseboe into Wisconsin and also Minnesota in 1993, and we, the family and friends of Shelley Webster, are trying to keep him in Texas until the year 2003. After this date, he is done with the ten year sentence.
He has paid no restitution to the family of Shelley, has never shown any remorse, and is in complete denial that he did anything! Please help us keep him in Texas (where we can keep an eye on him) at least until the year 2003.

On February 28, 1993, Rodney Gier shot and killed James Holmes, a 25-year-old father of two, during an argument. Holmes died when a bullet from a .38-caliber handgun smashed into his body just below his breastbone and tore his liver and heart before lodging into his shoulder.
Gier plead guilty to second degree murder and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He served just 10 years of his sentence and now released on parole in Colorado Springs area.

Franklin Dillon was convicted in 1993 for the brutal murder of Mark B. Burton. Dillon’s upcoming release is “mandatory” as he has served all of the time he was sentenced to.

On August 14, 1989, Cynthia Bucher Mayberry left work early to take her only child to tennis lessons. Larry E. Lee III walked over to her car and shot her with a shotgun at close range. She had broken her engagement to Lee just three days prior. Lee was found guilty of second degree murder and sentenced to 22 years. He had served less than ten years when he was released on July 7, 1999 from Marion C.I., Florida. He is reportedly residing in the Dunellon, Florida area.
Larry E. Lee III was born August 25, 1947. He is a white male, 5’11”, 175 pounds, balding, large nose, brown eyes and gray hair. He was a former body builder, stockbroker, and teacher.

On June 14, 1989, Robert Nicol, (birthdate 6/15/64), walked up to the car where my brother, Craig Allen Bates Sr. was sitting with his 18 month old son in his lap and stabbed my brother through the neck. He then ran to a waiting car and left. The cop, who lived next door and heard everything, later said at trial that he didn’t want to get involved and that’s why he never went outside to see what was going on. In January 1990, “Bobby”, who was having an affair with Craig’s wife, was found guilty of 2nd degree murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison. At the time we were never told of a plea bargain or the fact that he would only serve 8 years (1/3 of his sentence). We were told, however, that in order for him to get any more time than he did, he would have had to have killed my nephew too. When we, the victim’s family would ask the authorities if he was still in prison, they would tell us we would have to know the prison he was in. Then they would tell us that we weren’t allowed to know where he was. So, anyway I don’t know where he was released from other than a Florida prison. He would now be 37 years old, tall, slim, greasy black hair and goes by the name of Bobby (not Robert) Nicol or Nicols.

Frank Moore committed murder and was convicted of first degree murder in March 1998. The judge gave him 50 years without parole. Frank Moore shot his victim in the back of the head and then set him on fire. It was a month after the murder before his victim was found.
In May, 2001, Frank Moore was released from prison. The jury’s verdict was overturned because the state’s key witness is dead.
Frank Moore is a long-term criminal and will not stop. He is here among us with the murder he committed not even on his record any more.
The murder and conviction took place in Lake County, Illinois and it is believed that he is still in the state of Illinois, possibly in Chicago.

On July 3, 1992, Thomas Aldridge murdered Crystal Jones, 23 years of age. Aldridge strangled Crystal, and stabbed her in the neck. He then dumped her body in Cahokia Park, where two children later found her body.
Thomas Aldridge was convicted of second degree murder and concealing a homicidal death. He was sentenced to 15 years for murder and 5 years on the concealment charge, which were to be served consecutively.
He was released September 17, 1999 by the Illinois Department of Corrections in Springfield, Illinois, after serving only 7 years of a 20 year sentence.
Thomas Aldridge is 6’1″, 200 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes. He is a white male with a 1″ scar on his forehead. His birth date is July 30, 1971.

Kansas Citizens Beware
In 1983, Thomas Bird, a married Lutheran minister at the Faith Lutheran Church, had a “relationship” with his church secretary, Lorna Anderson. In July 1984, Bird was convicted of first degree criminal solicitation to commit murder of Lorna’s husband, Martin Anderson, and sentenced to 2 1/2 – 7 years in prison. On July 23, 1985, Thomas Bird was convicted of first degree murder of his wife, Sandy Stringer Bird, which occurred in July 1983. Bird had staged Sandy’s murder to appear as an automobile accident. Trial evidence substantiated that Thomas Bird had brutally beaten Sandy with a club on Rocky Ford Bridge, and threw her off to her death below.
Thomas Bird was sentenced in August 1985 to mandatory life imprisonment. He served just 18 years and 10 months of his sentence.
Thomas Bird has been released from prison on 06/14/2004 on parole in Kansas City area.

John Snow shot 15-year-old, Wendy Castleman King, on the left side of her head, directly behind her left eye. Her mother, Roxie King, found her body on a stair landing just below their third-floor apartment. Snow was the father of Wendy’s unborn child. She was 8 months pregnant at the time of her murder.
John Snow pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and sentenced to 15 years in prison. He served just 9 years and 9 months of his sentence.
John Snow has been released from prison on 05/19/2004 in Paducah Kentucky area.

Maryland Citizens Beware
On August 9, 1998, while visiting his own friend, Bilie Jo was murdered by the same man, Jason Hamel. Shot in the head …Point blank range, Jason Hamel watched his own friend lay bleeding to death on the carpet in his living room. While Billie was still conscious Jason Hamel cut the rug up, wrapped Billie in it and drove his body a mile and a half down the road into a patch of woods where he would eventually lay unable to move, until he finally lost his life.
Jason was sentenced to 4 years in a prison located in Jessup, Maryland, charged with manslaughter; he was released on parole in May 2001…only 2 1/2 years afterwards. He now resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

On October 29, 1994, 31-year-old Michael Allendorf was murdered in front of his residence as he stepped out of his car. The contract killing for insurance money was planned months in advance. In a plea arrangement Benjamin James Casey confessed to the lawyers, Judge and victim’s family to the murder of Michael. He stated he and an accomplice had first robbed and then shot Michael in the head with a shotgun. Casey was sentenced to 20 years in prison for conspiracy to commit homicide. He is being released from prison on May 22, 2007, after serving 11 years, 2 months and 16 days. He lives in in Abington, Maryland (Harford County) with his father.

Massachusetts Citizens Beware
Massachusetts Parole Board granted parole to Allen Bonfilio, a lifelong criminal, serving time for the murder of Dennis Schirl. Bonfilio was on Parole for 21 counts of armed robbery and shooting at a police officer.
Bonfilio is in his mid-50’s/white/reddish hair / with a November DOB . He has a left hand deformity. Bonfilio is supposed to live with his wife, per the Parole Board, in Brockton area namely Holbrook & Whitman.

In 1989 Eric Christopher Rode was convicted of murdering Charles “Chuck” Schramek, age 15, who was riding in a car when he was hit in the head by gunshots from another car. Eric Rode was released from prison on November 2005, in Detroit area after serving 15 years of his sentence.
Eric Rode is 181 lbs. and 32 years old. He is 5’10” tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a scar on his left arm.

On August 18, 1992, 18-year-old Casey Holcomb was shot in the head by Samuel L. Johnston. Casey died the following day in the hospital. Johnston was convicted of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to 15 years for the murder charge and 3 years for armed criminal action. He was released from prison on August 16, 2007, in Trenton, Missouri after serving 15 years.
Samuel Johnston is a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5’11” and weighs 160 lbs.

Creston Austin murdered Carol Gray, on November 3, 1987. She was leaving college at Lindenwood, MO. He punctured her car tires and waited for her. He was the janitor there at the time. After murdering Carol, he took his girlfriend to movies and left his co-worker working. After serving 32 years, he was released from prison in Jefferson Cty, Mo around June or July 2022.
Creston Austin has brown eyes and gray hair. He is 5’7″ and weighs 150 lbs.

On February 10th, 1987, David Sly slammed 16th month old baby Stephanie Gilsdorf against a wall. Three days later, Stephannie died. Sly was convicted of second degree murder and was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole. He was released from prison in July 2005, in Carson City, Nevada after serving 18 years.

New Jersey Citizens Beware
Wayne Copes, 14, was reported missing on September 26, 1981 and his body was found in the Cooper River in New Jersey on October 9, 1981. His body was extremely decomposed, and he wasn’t identified until October 26, 1981. Wayne was picked up by Giles Williams, who was charged with his murder and sentenced to 20 years to life with the possibility of parole. Giles was released from prison in June 2002, in Camden, New Jersey after serving 20 years.

On September 7, 1988, Kelly Watts, David Terrizzi and others were hanging out together. A verbal altercation turned physical and Watts beat David unconscious. As he lay there, defenseless, Watts repeatedly slammed David’s head into the concrete and kicked and stomped him. A short time later, David died from the injuries inflicted by Watts. Watts was convicted of second degree murder and given a sentence of 20 years-Life. Watts will have served his minimum sentence of 20 years upon his release on September 8, 2008. His date of birth is 12-07-64. It is believed that Kelly Watts will be residing in Co-Op City, Bronx, NY upon his release.

North Carolina Citizens Beware
People of Eden, North Carolina. Look out for your children. Nannie Gail Brown and Brian Cain murdered my son Zachary James Lyons, and beat his twin sister in 1996. Brown served only 18 months and is now released on parole in Eden. Cain is scheduled to be released in 2007. Zachary was only 4 years old at the time of his death. He died from blunt force trauma to his head and subdural hematoma. He had been made to stand in a corner for three days and when he refused to stand up anymore, Cain or Brown threw him against a wall. He was being taken care of by Brown, his Aunt, while I was away.

Clifford Goodballet was a casual acquaintance of Susan Hulton. She was going to her grandmother’s house in West Virginia when she stopped at Jan’s Bar for a drink and a sandwich before she continued on her way. Goodballet was in the bar where he had been drinking all day. Susan was living when Goodballet followed her and forced her into his car. He drove to his residence where he raped and beat her. He hog tied her and then proceeded to kick her to death with his cowboy boots. Susan had between 20-40 blows to her head. Goodballet passed out leaving Susan lying on the floor dead. Once Goodballet woke he called his grandfather who helped him remove the ropes from Susan’s body and clean up the mess, disposing of all evidence.
Goodballet plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence and was sentenced to 5-25 years in prison. He served just 10 years of his sentence and he is scheduled to be released on February 4, 2004, by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.

On August, 1989, Greg Scot Stewart shot his wife Melissa Ann Fuchs Stewart to death. The two had been out for the evening and returned home when the killing took place. Greg hid the 9mm semi-automatic and told the police that an intruder had broken into their apartment and killed Melissa. A canine unit later found the weapon and traced it back to Greg. Greg was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 5-10 years with a 3 year gun specification to be served first.
Greg Stewart has been released from prison on 03/01/2003 after the expiration of his sentence.

On January 19th, 1996, Vickie Frost, 26, used an 11 1/2 inch kitchen knife to fatally stab to death her boyfriend Richard Whitcomb, 23, in the chest.
Vickie Frost pled guilty to Voluntary Manslaughter and sentenced to 7 to 25 years but she was released from prison after serving nine years. She now resides in Gahanna, Ohio.
Vickie Frost is a petite woman, 5’4″ tall with long brown hair.

James A. Schovain was convicted of murdering Suzzette Seme and was sentenced to a twenty year prison term. He was released from prison in April 2005, in Curry County, Oregon after serving 17 1/2 years.
James Schovain is 52 years old and 190 lbs. He is 5’11” tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He is an American Indian.

On January 23, 1990, 21-year-old Tim Moreau disappeared while working at a concert hall in Portland, OR. He was murdered by his former boss Larry Hurtwitz and another employee. Over eight years later his family learned what happened to him. Tim’s body has never been found. Larry Hurtwitz received a 12 year sentence and life-time post-prison supervision. He was released from prison on April 29, 2008, to live in Beloit, Wisconsin. He was not happy there and so was permitted in December, 2008, to return to Portland, OR, where he continues to live and continues to have life-time post-prison supervision.

Pennsylvania Citizens Beware
On December 12, 2016, confessed convicted killer Joann Curley from Wilkes Barre PA area has been released from prison, after serving her full 20 year sentence in the poisoning death of her husband Robert Curley.
Just 6 weeks after they were married Joann began slowly and methodically lacing Bobby’s drinks with old rat poison. She tortured him and watched him suffer in excruciating pain. Finally, she wanted him dead & gave him the fatal dose while he lay dying in his hospital bed. Prosecutors say it took more than a year for Joann Curley to poison her husband to death for his insurance money.
Joann was arrested on Dec 12, 1996 after evading the police for over 5 years. She served the maximum 20-year sentence a judge imposed in 1997 under a deal in which she pleaded to third-degree murder. She applied for parole 8 times & was denied all 8 times for the reasons: Lack of remorse, threat to community, never accepted responsibility. To this day, Joann has never said she was sorry for this horrific crime. She is a serious threat to society. She was classified as a psychopath and vengeful.
53 years old, Joann Curley has returned to Luzerne County in the area where this crime was committed.

Tennessee Citizens Beware
On May 9, 1988, Ruben Wayne Norwwod was returning from his mother’s home when he stopped his car on a graveled area off the highway and went to sleep. Robert Lee Clevenger and Paul Allen Sharp broke into Mr. Norwood’s car and struck him with a dent-pulling tool. Clevenger plea-bargained and was sentenced to 35 years in prison for second degree murder and armed robbery. He is being released from prison on June 2008, in Morris Town, Tennessee after serving only 19 years.
Robert Lee Clevenger is about 5’9″ with blonde hair and a moustache.

Scott Navarro murdered Erica Margaret Espinoza on July 18, 1992. He finally agreed to a plea bargain in October 1996.
Scott Navarro went before the parole board in September 2000 and was granted parole due in part because the Archbishop spoke on behalf of this, “wonderful young man.” He was released June 6, 2001 and after spending less than 5 years in prison!
Scott Navarro lives in a very affluent suburb called Hollywood Park in San Antonio, Texas.

On April 17, 1980, James Crumm took Cristen Andre Hobson out of his Overland Park home to a wooded area in Miami County, Kansas. He forced the 13-year-old to dig his own grave and then shot him with a shotgun. Crumm, convicted of first degree murder, was sentenced to life.
According to Webster’s Dictionary, life means: “the time a person or thing is alive or exists.” For the Kansas Department of Corrections, life means approximately 18 ½ years. Crumm, who was granted parole, is living in Dallas, Texas.
Sadly, for Cristen, life only meant 13 years.
Cristen’s father, Ed, learned of the Parole Board’s decision by reading it in the newspaper – so much for notification!

On July 16, 1986, Rolf Huseboe took Shelley Webster, out to Padre Island close to Bob Hall Pier and viciously beat her to death with a tire iron. Her body was found only a few feet into Kleberg County in Kingsville, Texas, while she was a resident of Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas. This caused many problems and botched up the investigation. The murderer, Rolf Huseboe, walked free for six years. When caught, he was in a Vermont jail for beating his girlfriend. He told his cell mate he was in fear of them catching him on a girl he murdered in Texas. The cell mate came forward and the wheels of justice started moving. In February 1993, Huseboe finally came to trial. His trial was by jury and also his sentence. He was found guilty and then given probation! Huseboe was ordered to take a psychological test. He was found to be a danger to the public. Huseboe has an Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder with Anti-social tendencies. He is self-centered and angry about dependency needs, lack of insight, and feelings of inadequacy. Huseboe was sent to serve his 10 years’ probation in prison in December of 1993. He had sexually assaulted a young woman in Kingsville and broke four other probation rules. In 1997, he was released in Austin, Texas. Huseboe again broke probation rules and was sent back to prison. He was released on July 5th, 2003 and headed for Houston, Texas.
Huseboe is from La Crosse, Wisconsin. Huseboe in the past has used different Social Security numbers. He also uses alias names, his favorite is Robin Johnson. His line is he is studying to be a Doctor. Reality is he waits tables. He bites his victims. Shelley had human bite marks. Huseboe in appearance has blonde or sandy color hair, blue eyes, medium built and is about 5′ 9″ in height. He is very “preppy” or clean cut.

Washington Citizens Beware
In 1987, David Crane was convicted of murdering his 3-year-old nephew Steven Collins. At trial, the jury decided Crane had tortured the 3 year old, burning and beating him.
David Crane was sentenced to 60 years in prison. But after serving less than a third of his sentence, Crane is released from prison on January 2005, in Snohomish County, Washington, following controversial state Supreme Court decisions overturning dozens of convictions.

Cincinnati Citizens Beware
25 years old pregnant Cassandra better known as “Sandy” was murdered by her finance Tony Ringer on a cold, snowy, December 21, 2020, around 12:05 a.m. She was in her car while her 7-year-old daughter Justyce was in the backseat. Ringer shot Sandy in the back of the head, but after findings from the autopsy report, it was discovered that he stabbed her first lacerating her liver.
Sentence Received: Ringer received 2 counts of involuntary manslaughter & 3 years for the use of a gun, total 21 years.
Time Served: 21 years.
