Cindy H. Sedgwick
26 Years Old

March 30, 1959 to August 6, 1985

Cindy Sedgwick, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, ws an enthusiastic, outgoing, young woman who enjoyed people and nature and who was loved in return.

Her favorite saying sums up many aspects of Cindy's personality:

If you love something, set it free.
If it comes back, it's yours
If it doesn't, it never was.

An older sister she was to me
But only by a year
"Remember when," we thought we'd say
When laughing back a tear
Thinking of a younger time
When all of us were here
But she is gone from us - so near
And empty is her place I fear
But left is not an empty place,
A gone forever - without a trace.
The ones that remain who won't forget
Her parents, a brother, an aging pet.
We all can see and feel and hear
Her sights, her joys, her being near.
Recalling much we thank the past
The memories we keep - forever cast
Upon our lives from now till last.
